Slyngshot Health, LLC ("Slyngshot Health") Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

You may return or exchange any unopened item purchased from vip.cytocbd.com for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase (the product ship date is considered the date of purchase), less any shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable. Slyngshot Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with these requirements.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return through Slyngshot Health, you must have ordered directly from vip.cytocbd.com. You may contact us at support@slyngshothealth.com or by calling 1-888-778-CYTO (2986) for quick and easy return assistance. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns on purchases made at an authorized reseller are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges directly from Slyngshot Health. You will need to contact the reseller you originally made your purchase with and follow their return policy guidelines.

Refunds

To initiate a return simply email us at support@slyngshothealth.com or call us at 1-888-778-CYTO (2986). You will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will not be able to process any refunds without an RMA number. Once you receive your RMA number, simply pack the product and mail to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on the cost of the Slyngshot Health product, and a credit, less any shipping and handling charges, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If after 30 days, you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account statement. Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@slyngshothealth.com or by calling 1-888-778-CYTO (2986).

Exchanges

Slyngshot Health will only replace a product if it arrived to you defective or damaged, and the exchange request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original product. To be eligible for an exchange, your Slyngshot Health product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. They must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at support@slyngshothealth.com or by calling 1-888-778-CYTO (2986) to initiate an exchange request. A prepaid shipping label will be sent for the product you would like to exchange.

Shipping

To return or exchange your product, mail them to: SlyngshotHealth, LLC C/O ShipBob, Inc, 5900 W OGDEN AVE, Cicero, IL 60804. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your products, if the products arrived to you undamaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Slyngshot Health cannot guarantee that it will receive your return and is not responsible for returned or lost packages during the return or exchange process.
